Paine School has been selected as this year’s recipient for the CITV grant! Net proceeds from ticket sales at this event will allow our students to help design a new school playground that is planned for next year. So the more raffle tickets we sell the more money we earn for our playground!!
Using a design thinking model, students from grades 3 through 5 will research, collaborate, design, and present their ideas to their peers as well as to the school committee. This grant will allow us to incorporate a student selected component to the playground, such as a slide, climbing ladder, bridge, and other features. The ideas that the kids may come up with are endless!
Your support will help it to become a reality. So join us this year at the Foster Country Club during Thanksgiving weekend: November 29th from 5-8pm, November 30th from 10am – 6pm, and December 1, from 10am- 3pm.
